How we work together

I work with women leaders who want to better understand symptoms that don’t fit neatly into standard explanations and are beginning to interfere with how they function day to day.

This work is not about fixing or optimizing. It’s about understanding — so decisions are grounded, measured, and appropriate to the reality you’re living in.

Our work together is thoughtful, collaborative, and paced. We begin with clarity and move forward only if it makes sense.

Ways to Work Together

1. Clarity Conversation (First Step) 

A brief conversation to talk through what you’re noticing and determine whether working together would be a good fit.

​

This is a low-pressure, exploratory conversation — not a working session — and is designed to help us decide whether further support makes sense.

​

Format: 15–30 minute video call
Best for:

  • Getting oriented

  • Sharing context

  • Assessing fit

  • Clarifying next steps

2. 2-Week Clarity Intensive

A short engagement designed to help you organize symptoms, identify key contributors, and leave with a clearer understanding of what’s worth addressing — and what isn’t.

​

This option is ideal if you want structure and insight without a longer commitment.

​

Includes:

  • 2 - 60 min video sessions

  • Initial mapping conversation

  • Pattern synthesis and reflection

  • One prioritized area to focus on

​

Best for:

  • Feeling overwhelmed by information

  • Wanting clarity without long-term engagement

3. 4-Week Clarity & Reset

A structured, supportive engagement focused on understanding how demand, recovery, routines, and physiology are interacting — and where small adjustments can create meaningful change.

This is the option I most often recommend.

Includes:

  • 4- 60 min Weekly video sessions

  • Pattern exploration across lifestyle and demand

  • Thoughtful, individualized support

Best for:

  • Ongoing symptoms

  • Wanting steadiness and direction

  • Making changes without overhauling everything

4. 6-Week Comprehensive Clarity

A deeper engagement for those who want time and space to explore patterns more fully and move forward with confidence.

This option allows for slower pacing and deeper integration.

​

Includes:

  • 6 - 60 min Weekly video sessions

  • Expanded pattern analysis

  • Ongoing support and refinement

Best for:

  • Long-standing patterns

  • Complex or layered experiences

  • Wanting depth rather than speed
