Format: 15–30 minute video call
We will:

  • Connect those patterns to how your body is producing, using, and storing energy

  • Give you clear, targeted next steps you can start immediately to support your metabolism

  • Determine whether a structured coaching approach would be the right next step for you

2. Strong & Steady: 8-Week Metabolic Reset

A personalized coaching experience designed to help you stabilize blood sugar, reduce symptoms, and rebuild your metabolism in a structured, sustainable way.

This is where real change happens.

Over 8 weeks, we focus on helping your body:

  • Improve how it produces and uses energy

  • Reduce cravings and energy crashes

  • Support hormone balance

  • Become more consistent and responsive

Includes:

  • 8 - 60 min video sessions

  • Personalized metabolic strategy

  • Support between sessions

  • Simple tracking (not overwhelming)

  • Ongoing adjustments based on your body’s response
